Stringtown Polar Express will not run Christmas 2011

Thank you for your interest in the Stringtown Polar Express. We will not be running Polar Express for Christmas 2011. Please check back for information about Polar Express for Christmas 2012.

Come ride the Polar Express and see Santa at the North Pole!

This Christmas season, the Stringtown Railroad will again be turned into the Stringtown Polar Express. The Polar Express is a train ride for the whole family that leaves the Stringtown Station and travels to the North Pole where Santa Claus lives. Each guest on the Polar Express will get to visit Santa Claus, tell him what they want for Christmas, and get their picture taken. Santa also sings Christmas songs with the kids, tells a Christmas story, and teaches about the true meaning of Christmas.

Most importantly, during the journey on the Polar Express, guests will hear music and see pictures about Christ's birth, His life, and the true meaning of Christmas.

We started running the Stringtown Polar Express in 2006. In total, over 14,000 guests have traveled on the Polar Express to the North Pole to visit Santa Claus.

Cost:
As with all Stringtown events, the Polar Express is free.

Donations:
Many people have asked to donate, so we will have a donation box available to take donations. All proceeds from Stringtown events are given to the Lindon Care Center, Primary Children's Hospital, or other charitable organizations.

Who Can Ride?
The Polar Express can carry passangers of any age and size. That means kids, parents, grandparents, etc will all ride the Polar Express together to the North Pole.

Clothing and Cameras:
Please remember that it is cold at the North Pole, especially at night, so please dress accordingly. Please remember to bring your camera. Each year, many families forget their cameras and miss out on some wonderful photographs.

Location:
The Stringtown Station is located at:
455 East 200 North
Lindon, UT 84042
